New 2010-11 Wrestling Hand Out


Wrestling season is right around the corner and what we do in this off-season is crucial to how the season is going to turn out. In order to participate in the off-season conditioning program AND the season, you need to have the appropriate paper work filled out. EVERYsheet that is given to you today must be filled out in its entirety in order to participate.
Workouts will be from 2:30-3:30 every day and you must provide your own ride home. Workouts will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and we will start on Tuesday September 7.
MONDAY- Open Mat / Mat Conditioning
TUESDAY- Weight Room
THURSDAY- Weight Room
